Because every item is made to order and personalized specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there's an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out via our contact page and we'll work with you to find the best solution.
We take packaging seriously — every order is packed in a solid, protective box designed to minimize the risk of damage during transit. That said, if your item does arrive damaged, we sincerely apologize. Please send us a clear photo of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll immediately issue a full refund or send you a free replacement — whichever you prefer.
